Safety and Hygiene
Whether your dogs need daycare or boarding, they can visit us at one of several convenient locations in Northern Virginia and Maryland, including McLean, Fairfax Station, Annapolis, and our newest location in Alexandria. Our Alexandria location features specially designed equipment developed exclusively for dogs like yours to promote healthy activity. We use only pet-safe disinfectant cleaning products to clean all surfaces regularly, and our indoor environment uses top-quality air filtration to keep the space fresh and clean. Outdoors, we use commercial drainage systems for safety and hygiene purposes for all of our PACKmates.
Fun Activities and Relaxing Downtime
During your dog’s stay at our doggy daycare facility, their happiness and comfort are always top priorities. We have an open, accessible cage-free atmosphere every day of the week. For 13 hours a day, your pups can play with their furry friends, interact with human staff members, or relax on couches or cots depending on their preferences. We have organized dog-friendly activities twice a day, including a full schedule of morning and afternoon fun that includes bacon bubbles, ball bobbing, and frisbee play. We choose activities designed to stimulate your pups both mentally and physically and keep even the most active dogs busy and engaged throughout the day.
Monitoring
We understand that whether your furry family member is with us for the afternoon or week, checking in is important for your peace of mind. At the end of your dog’s stay, we will provide you with progress reports that detail each activity and make a note of any important changes that you need to know about as well as provide you with various ways to check in on your pup throughout the day, including webcams and social media pics and vids. You won’t just hear about all the fun your dog is having during the day: You can also see and hear it!
Each of our facilities requires temperament evaluations to ensure that our doggy daycare program is the right fit for their needs. Our team will conduct a one-on-one meet and greet to get to know you and your dog. We will then assign your dog to a group based on size and temperament and begin the assimilation process slowly. Each evaluation is free, and your furry family member can stay after the evaluation and enjoy the fun of daycare on us after the evaluation is complete!
